Korean Central Television (KCTV) is a state-run TV channel in North Korea. It broadcasts from 3 p.m. until 10:30 p.m. local time from Monday through Friday, and from 8 or 9 a.m. until 10:30 p.m. on Sunday and major holidays. A test card is shown when there’s no broadcast.
